UNAUTHORIZED audiobook format

I recently found out that someone is claiming that my book When Poetry Becomes You is available in an audiobook format.
This person whose username is Targib claims to also have PDF, ePub, and mobi versions of my book.
Please know that I have not authorized/given consent to Targib or anyone to sell my book and to make my book available as an audiobook.
Also, the only marketplaces where my book is currently available for purchase are Amazon (Kindle/epub and paperback formats), Gumroad (PDF format), and Snack (PDF format).
If you do encounter anyone violating my copyright, please let me know via writtenbysahara@gmail.com. Thank you.
